If you are looking for a good smoothing undergarment this is highly recommended. It smoothes out all the siderolls and back fat for a seamless look without being too uncomfortable. I would say it has medium compression in the tummy department. Was able to wear this all day without any problems or discomfort. It also comes with a convenient “pee” hole for bathroom trips. My measurements are 36C, 38 waist and 43 hips and I was able to fit into a M/L. Hope this helps
